Looks good, contractor was not thrilled to install but I’m happy with end result. My only complaint is the pull and handle could not be at the same height as the pull assembly is oddly deep. Color was a match with our other matte black door handles. Great value.

I don't love that it says "Dontay" on the front panel, and our builder said it was a massive pain in the butt to install. However, it seems to function reasonably well/ smoothly, and suits our needs for now. The inner corners of the hand pockets do feel a little sharp/ poorly designed. But for the price point, it's decent.

the recessed handles on both sides stick out too far. Should be adjusted.

My contractor installed the locking mechanism before realizing the handles were too thick to put into the door. He would have had to put the handles above where the lock is. We opted not to have the handles. Would have returned if the lock wasn’t already put in.

I absolutely love this. My contractor recommended I check amazon out for this. It was a fraction of what the manufacturer wanted for it and does the job perfectly.
