I recently purchased this office chair, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The ergonomic design provides excellent lumbar support, making long work sessions much more comfortable. The sturdy construction and adjustable features, like the armrests and seat height, allow for a personalized fit. Assembly was straightforward, and the cushion is soft yet supportive. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the quality and value of this chair and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and functionality.

I’m giving this chair two stars primarily for its ease of assembly and the appealing fabric color. The design was a key factor in my purchase. Overall, the chair is comfortable, has a decent tilt, and the sturdy metal components add to its durability.However, the performance of the casters has been disappointing. They don’t roll smoothly even they’re unlocked, and I don’t understand the need for locks on each wheel. I often accidentally lock one when I shift my weight. Additionally, the black fabric beneath the seat, which is meant to mount the orange fabric, raises concerns about its long-term durability.I love the design, but I wish the company would pay more attention to these details, especially considering the price point.Updates after two weeks:I’ve changed the ratings to five stars because this company is very communicative. After sharing my feedback on the wheels, they have sent me a new set which rolls smoothly. I can now safely land my feet on those casters.

The chair is very comfortable. It fits my desk perfectly. It is consistent with the description. The quality is very good. The linen fabric is very soft. The metal base is very heavy. Value for money ~I like this chair very much.

It is easy to assemble. The surface is big. I can sit crossing my leg. I know myself like changing the leg position while sitting, and it supports me. It can tilt. The cushion is soft and comfortable. I use it as an office chair pair with an adjustable standing desk. The orange color is not too bright.

I like this chair a lot as it is comfortable and nice and wide for sitting cross-legged, BUT the wheel locks on every wheel are so easily triggered and I'm stuck unable to push myself out from my desk EVERY darn time! It is a total shame that they put a wheel lock on EVERY wheel! There are 5 and I seem to lock at least 2-3 of them several times a day. When this happens, I have to flop myself sideways and placing my hands on the floor to push each lock up which is hell on my 45 year old back. They are not easily pushed back up using your foot or shoe. I am considering super gluing the locks open or snapping them off as casters can be quite expensive to replace (I checked into getting all new ones- about $40-50).Also, like other folks have mentioned, the backrest is not able to be straightened out. I tried. It installs crooked.UPDATE:Seller reached out and sent out all new wheels and refunded the cost of the chair! I love the chair now that I have the new wheels on it that do not lock. That was very considerate. Thank you! I do hope they consider changing the wheels for all future purchasers.
