Easy setup with clear instructions. We like that it’s not as big as most huge countertop RO units. This unit is similar in size to a coffee maker. It looks very nice on the counter and makes 1.2 Liters of water in about 1 minute or less. After researching several options I decided to give this one a try and it was a great decision. This is the most up to date 4-stage, tankless RO technology and it produces pure water with impressive TDS readings between 7-10 ppm from our tap water that is in the 250-300 TDS range. The two replacement filter cartridges are priced well and only need to be changed about every 12 months and the machine has an indicator that lets you know the cartridge condition and when to replace them. We have a small family and this works great for our needs and it is so nice to know we have a source of pure water to enjoy. We didn’t have the room under our sink to install a traditional RO filter so this solved the problem. Emptying the rear tank is easy enough after you get used to it but may be difficult for some as there isn’t a handle. The only other thing I can try to complain about is the beep tone when refilling- it is a bit piercing first thing in the morning in a quiet house. I definitely would recommend getting this RO filter compared to other higher price models. So far It certainly seems to be a high quality product that works how we had hoped.

Producto es justo lo que buscábamos. Nos ayuda a purificar el agua para poderla tomar. Buen producto. Un poco lento el purificar pero estamos contentos con la compra.

Deja el agua de 400 TDS hasta unos 9-12 TDS. Hay que hacer una limpieza inicial para evitar sabores extraños que vienen de los filtros, pero después de eso el agua queda con un buen sabor. La jarra es conveniente para siempre tener agua lista y no tarda mucho en llenarse

4 months in edit: Continuing to operate great. I decided to come back to see how other reviewers were responding which most are very positive. I'm using about a gallon a day and purchased liquid minerals to add back into drinking water. The concerning part is I can see the quality of my tap water by looking at the TDS from the source (total dissolved solids). My tap water ranges from 150 TDS up to 350 TDS (which is not considered good to drink). 4 month later I'm still finishing with 4-5 TDS on a 1.2L fill. Even to test, I cleared the water out, refilled with the RO water to test. Sure enough, after the flush sequence which pumps water back through the filter to keep it clean, the source TDS was around 30. After filtering, back down to 3-5 range. I started off using a distiller which took forever. I'm not able to do an under the sink RO, so I needed a countertop and something portable if I wanted to move the location. I wanted clean water for drinking and for my humidifiers - to keep them from getting nasty after uses.The packaging protects nicely. The quality feels solid, it has decent weight, is stable on the counter, and easy to work with.Detachable tank to fill with water and used for flushing. You'll get the full 1.2L carafe filled in a minute or two when you run it. It is relatively quiet when using the pump. It includes beeping for notice when the tank is removed or the filters are nearing end of life.Overall I'm very impressed with the product in the short time I've been using it. Plus, when you register, you'll get an extra year on the warranty, 2 year total warranty.The water visibly is clearer and better tasting. My water out of tap is around 150 TDS (Total dissolved solids) and after running through the RO, it has been coming out 11-15 TDS, which the display will tell you both of those. You can see and taste the difference.
