I love everything about this book. It’s super easy to use and the perfect size. It’s really helped me stay motivated and try to increase the weights that I’m lifting.

It's the perfect size to keep in my bag. It has break downs for each week as well as each day. There is a review every 4 weeks or so. It's good to keep yourself on track and adjust goals in needed. There is a space in each week as well as the end for small and large rewards. You get to choose the reward.

This product makes me go to the gym 6-7 times a week. I hate having an empty page in the book, so it really pushes me to do more and go to the gym. I love that you can track your food, weights, cardio, and the monthly and weekly progress

I've tried probably 15 different food/training logs and this one is what I would make if I was to pull the best features from each of those.Small, but with a space for what matters most when embarking on better health and fitness, the fitbook is always in my purse.Why?1. It starts with a place to get clear on goals-- not just an12 week goal, but daily ones too.2. A place to log weekly stats such as your weight.3. A daily food log that's not cumbersome with calories etc-- that's outlined the way I like-- 3 meals and 3 snacks/day.4. Simple checkboxes for an accounting of water intake.5. Simple checkboxes for nutrient accounting. ( I only use this to log protein and vitamins but there are more choices such as fruits, grains, veggies etc.)6. A "circle the face" quick rating of how clean you felt your meal was.7. Separate places to log strength training and cardio each day. I love this bc some journals I've tried outline only one type of workout on a day...so if you do weights on a cardio day you'd need to write in on the margin or stick a post- it on that page to log it.8. A place to rate your workout so you know if you should adjust something next time.9. A place to log calories burned during a workout.10. The adorable pen that comes with it that clips right inside the spiral binding!Honestly, I've been lucky enough to win an international fitness competition and this is better than the excellent log I used at that time to scaffold my success for that accomplishment.Props to the fitlosophy people for creating this excellent tool!

I never do reviews beyond stars but this is really a quality item. I love the layout, the goals, and the motivation/inspiration throughout. I appreciate that the fitness part of it isn't just a line to write if you did exercise, but that it has a whole page for each day to track strength training, cardio, flexibility, calories burned, how hard you worked, and notes. What I like even better though is the meal tracking. What I usually do is plan out dinners for the week first (as that's where I would typically end up going off plan due to family living) and then add in breakfast and lunch to the daily meal sheet. I mark off in the boxes underneath for my grains, fruits, veggies, protein, etc. Then I know where I'm lacking based on the diet plan I'm following (gotta get those vegetables in!) and add those items in for my snacks. This has really changed my eating for the better and I have lost more weight per week than I was before now that I'm paying better attention to my eating habits. I love this journal and will definitely buy another when I finish up with this one. I was worried about the cost, but after using it for a couple of weeks now I'm convinced that it's worth every penny.
