The plug is american so you need an american adapter. The unit is good, dogs love it.

No complaints! This fountain keeps all 6 of my dogs hydrated. I clean it about once a month by using Dawn Powerwash spray and replacing the filter. It’s easy to clean and maintain. Just recently my motor stopped working. I was about to buy a new one when I noticed the seller had a note that said to reach out if there were ever any issues with the motor. I reached out and they sent me a replacement for free. Great communication with the seller and a great fountain. I definitely recommend!

I bought this water bowl for my 5 dogs since summers here in Texas are brutal and the dogs will go through water like crazy. This keeps the water circulating and somewhat filtered. It lasts about 3-4 days before needing a refill which is great with so many dogs. As one review mentioned, you do have to be diligent about cleaning the this item and all the parts in order to keep it in good working order and to prevent biofilm from developing in the unit. The water will get slimy with dogs constantly drinking. The filter is ok but could be improved upon, It keeps the water mostly clear (apart from dog saliva) and the occasional dirt and debris that comes from dog's mouths.I bought this item about 4 months ago and as of today the pump started bogging down and eventually died. I clean everything very thoroughly so I was a bit disappointed in the durability of the pump. I contacted the company and they responded immediately and sent out a new pump the next day. If you read through the page, they offer a one year free replacement on the pump if it goes out. They also sell replacements if you want to have one on backup. The company was great and responded quickly to fix the issue. I would recommend this product as it is wonderful for multiple pets and the customer service is outstanding.

I like the size of this unit. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats and all use it. I wish the bottom part was stainless steel and that it had a light to better see the water level easily. Not sure how it truly filters the water and it doesn’t keep the water cool. Do I recommend…yes, would I buy again …no. It does run very very quiet, barely runs as a fountain though.
