It lights quickly with one flick. The cutter cuts well and is very sharp even with thicker cigars. Used a special tip to fill it and it filled easily. I really like to heaviness and the look of the lighter.

The sleek design caught my eye right away, and the built-in V Cigar Cutter? A stroke of genius. It's like having a personal assistant for my smoking ritual. The windproof jet flame is the real MVP, though. No more shielding my lighter from the breeze or struggling to get an even light. It's quick, efficient, and, honestly, kind of fun to use.

This is a very elegant-looking lighter, aluminum with wood-grain look (matches my whiskey glasses, even). My favorite cut is the V-cut, so having that cutter built-in to my lighter is a huge plus. When you use the v-cutter, just pull it down, insert the cigar, and the cut off part falls away from the lighter through the middle.This lighter is a single torch instead of the my usual triple or quad, but after a cigar store owner showed me how to toast the tip using the torch in a zigzag fanning motion and the puffing to start it, it works just fine, even in the wind. It just takes a bit more effort that a triple or quad torch (but uses a lot less fuel than they do).Besides the excellent v-cutter, this lighter is angled where it delivers the flame (like a pipe lighter) which is actually more comfortable to use when you are toasting the tip or lighting. The only thing I do not like is the very small recessed adjustment knob, as it requires a small screwdriver (or tip like one) to adjust the flame, so I have to do that at home or always carry a screwdriver with me.

I got this lighter for my Papa since his old torch lighter really has just seen better days. He's thrilled with it, loves how it looks and how well it works. It was easy for him to fill with fluid and after a few minutes he was able to use it and it worked great. It even has a little flip cap covering where it lights so you don't get debris from your pocket in it.After having it a few days I borrowed it to light a cigarette and asked what the little thing was on the bottom. That's when we discovered that it had a cigar cutter in it. We had no idea up until that point. He doesn't smoke cigars but he still thought it was super cool.Overall, he's really happy with it. It works great and I would highly recommend this.

This is a beautiful lighter. I love the wood grain with the burnished copper finish. The lighter works great, the cutter works great and the tools as good as you'll find anywhere. It's a really cool way to fit all your cigar smoking accessories into a single pocket.
