Nice for the airport. Poor for the plane. Very difficult to get the wheels off the carrier while in the plane. They should have designed the the reverse versus having them being taken off from the bottom or a simpler disconnect method

Really like this, used it on air Canada flight. They did give me a hard time about the height which was stressful but it folds down under the seat.

Good height, material appears strong, new wheels moving well, cushion could be better better quality. Great design overall and would recommend their be a wheel rock for stationery position on the heavier pets. We are acclimating - purchased for 19 pd cat and he has good height unlike prior soft carrier.I so appreciate the wheels and hope the velcro at the bottom is strong enough to keep it attached to the frame when I take the stairs as a carrying case. Lastly it arrived opened - must have been a return. The box was not in good condition so I hesitated whether I was receiving a lemon. Didn't make a good impression but I *think* the product itself does not have an issue. Will find out when I use it! The price is also quite high.

Although significantly more expensive than other options, this carrier turned out to be perfect for me. It’s slightly larger than the minimum dimensions for airline pet carriers (see last pic comparison), but it gave my 12 lb borderline-small-enough dog enough room, and it was able to be compressed to fit under the seat. On Allegiant flight, it was not able to fit under my assigned aisle seat, but it did fit underneith middle seat perfectly (luckily no one sat in middle seat). On United flight, it was tighter with more extending into foot area (had to turn to fit), but we were able to make do. No extra room for personal item, so a bit of a gamble if there is no overhead bin space or nearby empty seats. (First flight, I was able to use extra under seat storage from empty seat beside me. Second flight I put it in the overhead bin.) If you’ve got a dog who would be more comfortable in a slightly larger carrier, I would recommend this one. Love the treat pockets and removable rolling wheel base as well.

First, this is easy to put together. Next, my puppy weighed 19lbs during travel on airlines. It rolled great through the North Carolina Airport on the first leg. You do have to un velcro the crate from the wheel base to fly pet under seat in front of you, flight attendant wanted her low to the ground & snug to seat in front. I flew first class for leg room/puppy storage because of the size of the carrier. She rode under seat in front of me, was more comfortable carrying a puppy in the crate & not irritating the passenger sitting next to me. The rolling carriage was all aces until the second leg. The frame of the cart kept coming apart while going over long vents & transition strips on airport floor. My puppy was a trooper as I saw her riding on a couple of wheels & dragging her bum. This was a major negative factor having to rebuild the cart time & again to roll her through Chicago Airport & to get to car at final destination.Note, the zippers on corners were a burger to get closed/opened. The appearance is very nice. There’s a flaw in this design that could easily be fixed with snap in connections so when connected it won’t come apart unless intentional.I’m giving this 4 stars because I got my new puppy home safe & sound. Unfortunately, the crate had to be tossed out after trip, the base was unsalvageable.
