Lots of options help you get in and get the best finish possible. Not just for cars, any curvy surface can benefit from using these.

These sanding blocks have been such a pleasure to use for body work! My buddy and I have been working on an old c10 and refinishing the body has never been so easy. With all these options of sanding blocks it’s hard not to find something that will work with any area we’re trying to lay flat. This is a really nice kit!

This is a nice set of sanding blocks. The foam is relatively soft, far more pliable and forgiving than some of my rubber sanding blocks. You get a variety of shapes, the most useful of which is the small hand sanding block. However, the others are quite useful for different purposes. I particularly like the triangular one as it can reach into hard to access areas... great for windowsills where you have to watch the adjoining face.Sandpaper is of good quality, but it seems like a better fit for woodwork than automotive due to the grit.

I do not have professional experience sanding car finishes, but I have done plenty of garage/DIY/backyard repairs. These blocks are, in my experience, quality sanding blocks. They are foam and flexible, but quite dense and firm. They are similar (but slightly more rigid) than blocks I have used for wet sanding headlights (to remove yellowing). If I was attempting to do a DIY paint job or sanding orange peel out of a finish, I would have no issue using these for sanding.

Hard but not SUPER solid so they have minimal flex but allow just enough cushion also to be able to grip easily without feeling like you are just holding a block of plastic. Not so soft that it will flex to match the surface without moderate pressure, so good for block sanding projects and automotive alike. Requires adhesive backed paper which becomes dependant on a good paper adhesive or can come loose. Unsure of longevity as wear starts to break down the surface and adhesives may start to pit the hard foam.
