Like everyone else that 3D prints, I've got to deal with the occasional print oddity, and there are plenty of times where just sanding away really isn't going to fix things. I've tried using a lighter to heat up an area to soften it, but pressing on it afterwards usually just messes up the entire spot. I have had a good deal of success using a lighter to heat up a tool I use for making paracord bracelets, and when I saw attachments for this iron that looked similar I thought I'd give it a shot. After a good deal of use, I can very comfortable highly recommend this tool to anyone who 3D prints.Pros:+ Heats up relatively quickly, basically as fast as a decent soldering iron.+ The on handle display and controls to adjust the temp are very nice and easy to use.+ Cord is a decent length, I've never felt constricted.+ Plenty of attachments that are easy to swap out.+ Works very well for smoothing out errors, but also works extremely well for setting threaded inserts into models.Cons:- n/aOverall, I'm super happy with this tool and wish I'd discovered it sooner. It works extremely well for smoothing out errors, taking down high points and smoothing out rough spots, and it is perfect for setting threaded inserts. If you 3D print at all, you should give this serious consideration.

We've been able to use all the attachments included in this kit at least once for various things, and they have worked great so far!The iron is nice and light weight, and all the heads attach easily
