Sound was good but it is not designed right for steel string guitars. The E string split the skinny little unit after one gig. Where it needs some girth or strength, it doesn't have it.The manufacturer KNA was utterly unhelpful considering this little unit sells for $100+. KNA didn't offer a fix, a work around, and because it was past warranty, no replacement.Shoddy engineering, sorry to say, good sound in 1 gig where it broke, and subpar customer service by KNA manufacturer.

Buen producto y coincidencia con lo ofertado. La única pega es que se retrasó el pedido dos semanas con relación a lo inicialmente indicado.

I bought this device without trust but when I installed it I changed my mind and now i recommend it. It's a great product.

Very thin sound, no body at all. I tried to make it better by increasing the midrange on my amp, but it then started howling with feedback. It was easy to fit. My Alvarez has a medium set up, but the strings before the bridge pins didn't hold the pickup, and it kept slipping out. I am returning this product.

En mi caso el espacio es de 5mm.Cuando puse el KNA SG-1 quedo muy apretado entre la selleta y las pines del puente.Al afinar las cuerdas el SG-1 se subió a la selleta por la fuerza que las cuerdas le provocanNunca logre afinar las cuerdas 1,2 y al final estas se reventaron.Porque el espacio es muy estrecho.

suena super bien y es facil de instalar. ademas el precio me parecio muy muy bueno. Solo les recomiendo recordar que las cuerdas de nylon y de metal usan pastillas diferente.
