I have an older metal tube water line from the source to my toilet instead of the flexible kind, and it's not standard 3/8" size. I found that out the hard way. But with this kit, I have all of the sizes covered.Perfect length, easy installation, and absolutely no leaks. This was a great solution to my water line problem.

So are you SURE your toilet has a perfect 3/8" supply valve? Or perfect 1/2"? Because, as i discovered some old houses have water-supply valves sizes which are no longer standard sizes. This meant my having to buy and return a number of other products and has kept the master bedroom toilet nonfunctional for weeks.This product - at only 6 bucks shipped - saved the day. It's not only a very nice braided-stainless 12" like, but it comes with three metal adapters which will make it work on 3 other sizes... including the line in this house, constructed in 1965. Worked like a charm; within 15 minutes of my Amazon delivery, the toilet was once again functional.This is a heck of a good option for do-it-yourself plumbers. Add a bit of teflon tape like I did for good measure.This is what you want for an older house unless you're dead sure of the exact size of the water-supply thread.

We got a bidet and the connector provided didn't fit with our water valve. Without any prior plumbing knowledge it was so hard to figure out what size to get knowing this one came with a range of adapters was such a huge relief. We got the cord and were able to change it and use the correct adapter in 2 minutes with no trouble at all. Such a perfect tool for those of us with no prior plumbing knowledge to make sure you get the right compatible connector and don't have to worry about buying more of the wrong ones and having to return them :)
