This ended up being such a cute costume! I ordered a small for my 6.6lbs maltipoo . She could have fit into an XS. But this was a good fit. The material was soft and moveable. Not hard and scratchy. My dog didn't like the headband but she never liked anything ok her head...I'm surprised she was ok with the bow !I would order this outfit over and over! It was great

I ordered this for my daughter, and intentionally ordered 2 sizes up knowing stuff on Amazon frequently runs small and this definitely runs small. It's adorable and has really nice accessories to complete the look - but order at least one size up if not two.
