Quality product. Latch works securely. Donuts come out nice.

No issues for me, non stick surface.I used spoons to fill, but would probably work better with the batter piped in (to keep holes in the centers). Quicker than using the oven.

Oh the thrill of having fresh donuts in the morning!! So basically this is just like a waffle iron but its for donuts. Make your batter and fill up the iron. I'm very disappointed that they didn't make a small cook book with a couple of recipes that have been tried and proven. It does the job with a decent recipe for baked donuts. Takes a bit to get used to how much batter to put in and really is recipe based. It is easy to clean. Small enough to store away some where and its quite light.

As you can see from my pictures, the hole is not left inside the doughnut. I tried this first with just a little dough filling up the Wells halfway with my gluten-free batter. The batter started rising before I even finished filling so I made sure to use less and most of them because I was afraid it would really proof up too much. But it really did not meet the top the way I laid it the first time. So the second time I added more batter into the well and closed the device and as you can see, it does not allow a hole to be made through the donut. And I pushed down on the lid to make sure it made as much contact as possible , and again there is no hole in my doughnut. With that being said, it does not come with at all. It doesn’t tell you how much battery what types of battery to use. It doesn’t come with a sample recipes. Everything else I’ve ever purchased like this comes with at least some kind of recipe and some kind of direction and how to fill the well.Directions this certainly tells you how to plug it in not drop it in water. Close the lid and wait five minutes to preheat. And then not to touch hot surfaces because it will be hot. That is all comes with. It also says not to use metal utensils, or else you’ll run the metal on the product. On top of that, the plug is extremely short. It’s like a foot-long. So unless you are literally using it right out your outlet, you’ll probably have to use an extension cord which it says you should not do but you can do. That is the easiest thing to do because other than that, it will be extremely limited in where you can use this. I am lucky that there’s an outlet right next to my stove that I was able to use this with. But again the shortest plug like ever.So overall, I’m not very impressed with it. I’ve tried it twice. I’m gonna try to use it a few more times and see if my results are any better with different matter and different techniques. I’ll come back and let you know if anything changes.

This came with no paperwork other than the safe handling guide. No instructions on how to fill, etc. I will look online for recipes but I have no clue how much batter to put in the compartments or how long to cook, etc. So I really can't give a positive review with nothing to go by.
