Searched high and low for a non-ARGB M.2 heatsink, as I didn't want to spend more on an adapter cable for my Corsair ARGB controller with its proprietary connectors. My requirements were:- made from aluminum- multiple fins for increased surface area- predominantly positive reviews- stands out from other non-ARGB heatsinks without looking like an afterthought- inexpensive (~$10)After what seemed like an endless search, I finally came across this gem, which coincidentally sported a design that matched the heat spreaders on my Crucial Ballistix RAM modules perfectly and in a color that matched them well (pics attached to ease visualization).It's also dropped my NVME temps by ~8 °C so far, which isn't as much as the marketing pics suggest, but enough to move it away from the danger zone (as indicated by CrystalDiskInfo), which was the entire point of this purchase.Note on some mobo's like mine (Asus H97M-E), the M.2 port is so close to the PCIe x16 slot that I couldn't install this without removing my gfx card first, despite the heatsink and its base being barely wider than my NVME drive (Samsung 970 Evo Plus).So ultimately, the installation was more involved than expected, but it included a magnetic, swiveling mini Philips screwdriver which was a nice surprise and made things easier. Note also that 6 mini screws (roughly the size of the M.2 screw) are included for the heatsink, one of which looked slightly different from the others, and is perhaps a spare M.2 screw.All in all, extremely satisfied with this purchase and surprised there aren't more reviews for this vs. the other generic-looking options out there, and hopefully my NVME temps will drop even further, but all good if they also stay as-is after prolonged use.

Had an SSD that was running pretty hot so I bought this to help out, droped the average running temperature of the SSD buy a lot. Assembly was a bit annoying but nothing difficult.
