Received this phone brand new in sealed box very quickly! 2 day shipping and received in perfect condition. Mine has 2 physical sims and it worked fine with my T-Mobile account (I am in Arizona, USA). The 2nd sim spot is a hybrid slot that also can alternatively hold a SD card. I do not know if an esim can be set up on this, although the lady at my T-mobile store, where I got the new physical sim card, said that it could be set up with an esim. I do not know how that works. When I first started it up with the new sim card it gave me a message that some functionality may not be available with this version. However, it gave me a link that showed how to change the settings and enable text and mms messaging to be full featured. It was easy and everything works perfectly. Mine also came with a clear case and a U.S. charger plug & cable. It updated to Android 14 and is working fine. I don't ever notice much difference between the Android versions anyways. Will it update to 15? I don't know and ignorance is bliss. I do not know how I would ever justify paying $600+ on a phone when an excellent phone like this is available for $170.

Me tarde en escribir la reseña, por que es la tercera vez que compro un celulcar en amazon, y la verdad no me ha decepcionado, hasta ahora sigue funcionando

Me arrepentí muchísimo de haber regalado mi moto g 8 y comprado este. La cámara es muy mala. Yo lo uso para mis ventas y es una verdadera desesperación la mala calidad de las fotos, para mejorar el brillo es una rayita diminuta, imposible de regular. La calidad es mala, una tortura tomar fotos y para colmo después de un rato usándolo, se calienta. No lo hubiera comprado de haber sabido

Telefono Celular muy Practico,con gran capacidad de memoria,tal vez no muy adecuado para los que lo utilizan en forma professional ,pero para el dia a dia normal Excelente,buenas fotos

The dual sim in the phone I received is one physical SIM slot plus an SD card slot in the SIM tray, and the ability to load one ESIM. I haven't tried to load an ESIM yet. The transfer from my previous Motorola phone was painless - just transferred the SIM card and followed the prompts to move and update apps, conversations, etc. It took a while, but it all worked. This phone has a setting to allow wifi calling and texting, if your carrier also allows it. I haven't tried it yet, but will be handy for travel overseas if it works well. It took a few minutes to turn itself on after I changed the setting. It offers unlocking with face recognition as well as fingerprint, and both work well so far. The time format on the lock screen is the only thing I don't prefer so far: very large numbers, hour on one line, minute below that, and there is no way to change the format. The phone is fast, works as it should, and comes with a clear, lightweight plastic case which offers a better grip than smooth metal and is all the protection a careful person might need. It comes with a European-style plug-in for the wall, and a USB to USB C charging cord.

Llego nuevo, cerrado en excelente calidad y antes de tiempo, 10/10 en cuanto al vendedorEl celular en sus especificaciones es una maravilla, en este año de 2024, probablemente es el celular que mejor calidad te da por tu dinero, es muy rapido y se ve muy bien asi como carga rapidoEl detalle, es su conectividad wifi, en una red que tiene ambos canales (2G y 5G) el celular quiere conectarse a ambos pero no puede, saltando de velocidades, pero en lo que cambia, te quedas sin internet, asi que quiere una red configuarada MUY especificamente para que te deje navegar en paz, que si es un problema no sutil para el uso diario

Todo bien, excelente precio y envío, solo que al momento de poner el chip de mi compañía estaba bloqueado porque se necesitaba un pin de desbloqueo de red e investigar cómo obtenerlo me tomó mucho tiempo porque en ningún lado viene la información certera. Al final ya que supe cómo hacerlo todo fue rápido, igual y estaría bien que hubiera en algún lado de la descripción qué hacer en esos casos.

First, I do not compare this phone with Iphone because I am not , and will never be, Iphone user . For many brands of android phones I have used in my life, I state that Motorola is the best . I have used lot of Motorola models and find out lot of advantages :- It is very quick to connect the network when I make a phone call . Compare with Samsung, it takes long time to connect or even drop out, unable to connect until phone being rebooted ( That is true, I got that problem with Samsung that I had to return the phone to seller ) .- Motorola is built in many options such as two taps to open the screen ; Twist to open camera; Three fingers on screen to take screen shot then edit right away before saving; Shake twice to open flashlight ....and lot more options for users to choose .- Camera and picture are so good and functional- 2 sims at the time then you can choose which sim to use- Comparable to worldwide network, easy to travel without bringing extra phone .- Said it can be loaded with 2TB micro SD card, I have not tried with that large capacity card but with 256 GB card . So, why we have to buy expensive phones with limited storage ?Motorola has all options that other phones have, but other phones do not have the options Motorola has .- The price is much more cheaper that other brands but the quality is much more that othersI strongly recommend to buy this phone or other Motorola models .Trust me

Let me start by saying I'm a true motorola fan. Been a customer for years. Last year I had an iPhone 12 pro max gifted to me (not an apple fan at all). Used for a year. Broke that needed this in a pinch. Let me say great phone!I absolutely love moto features and the moto battery and this phone holds up to the expectations well.I personally don't like the leather back but that's 100% personal. The phone is super lightweight which I also don't love. It makes a device feel cheap to me but I know most people really enjoy this feature so I won't deduct points for that. I also really like the slim sleak design, looks and feels nice.Works super fast and so easy to customize everything how you like. You don't have to download any separate apps it's all built in to your liking. Amazing battery life perusal from Motorola.Phone comes with nice charger and even better a case! Just a plain clear case, not to bulky. Keeping the nice slim look of the phone which I like. And you can decorate the case yourself which I also like.The thumb print censor is great and works really well for me.Where the phone really falls short is the camera. Overall just not good. You have to have crazy bright light for anything close to desent and that really sucks. I've had older ( more expensive) moto models that were much better camera. Certainly no comparison to the iPhone.I have metro for carrier and was unable to just put the Sim in so if you're with them be prepared for some mess around also.Overall for the price 8 out of 10

Tiene un excelente acabado, pero vamos a lo importante, tiene una gran capacidad de almacenamiento (256 GB)/8GB RAM, lo cual lo hace excelente por el precio que tiene que fue de 2900, aparte la tecnología que tiene de almacenamiento de UFS 2.2 lo hacer muy rápido, su procesador el cual está por encima de los de su precio lo hacer un excelente dispositivo para el día a día.Claro que no para alta exigencias en gaming, todo el acabado es de plástico, la parte trasera tiene un color que hace que refleje la luz, lo cual lo hace atractivo.Lo compré con el vendedor Wireless Experts, Inc. , para que lo tomen en cuenta al adquirirlo, ya que algunos vendedores se pasan de listos al enviar productos que no eran lo pedido, pero esté vendedor lo envío bien, en las condiciones óptimas y completamente sellado.
