Good looking cable, the rubber or plastic coating on it is pretty durable.Using this on a ham radio dipole antenna

I used this to string a set of 100' lights across my deck and its holding without issue even in our high winds. The cable looks good and i havent seen any deterioration with the cable being out in the sun/snow all day everyday. The cable is 1/8 and works great with all sorts of connectors that fit 1/8 cable. Just make sure you have a good way to crimp the connectors so that it doesnt slip out. The color of the cable sleeve seems to be decent resistant to the weather and looks good. As for the strength of the cable it has withstood 50mph winds and some ice load on it which is more than most will ask of it. This 7 strand wire will work great for railing, lights, or anything else you need a solid cable attachment to. The pricing is pretty fair and matches most market values for the same product.

I'm using this for a dog run and to mount my string lights straight as an arrow. It works great and I have a couple of other projects in mind now that I'm more familiar with its capabilities.This is not easy to cut because it is very heavy duty so make sure you prepare yourself for the installation with the proper cutter.I have a 10x13 sun shade that I'll be able to reinforce quite nicely with this wire. The dog run came out great and this is very attractive in the black color. The coating has more of a rubbery texture and seems like it will last longer than some of the other dog runs I've purchased locally.I got this in a large roll because I'm a homeowner and I think it's nice to have something like this on hand for various projects around the house.Highly recommend this to stay prepared around the house.

I got some of this, as well as wire that is made from braided black stainless steel wires, rather than silver wire in a black sleeve. I think the black wire is nicer looking. Otherwise, this seems like fine quality. However, if this is nicked and the sleeve starts tearing away I think it could mean replacing the whole cable. Black wire wouldn't have that problem.
