Sick of seeing the individual LED’s on an LED strip or its glare? These diffusers are a must.I have them installed under my kitchen cabinets and they diffuse the light great.

cut both with hack saw - worked great. Used 3M double side tape.

i don't know how i waited so long to try these aluminum channels with diffuser. They are super easy to install with the little clips. I was able to install one set with nano tape but the backs are super smooth so I had to use a lot. The light looks much more professional and clean. And bonus, they are cat-proof!Don't expect the diffuser to take away the dots, but it does soften them a bit. So normally you'd mount these to the wall then your light to the base, then snap in the diffuser. I tried these without sticking the strip to the base. That doesn't work well because the lights weren't straight and some were closer to the diffuser than others, and the whole thing didn't look nice and consistent. So I got MUCH better results by sticking the strip, not just letting the diffuser cover hold them in.Muzata makes a bunch of different shapes and sizes of this -- I'll certainly try more!

If you want to give your interior or outdoor lighting a little extra class, sophistication, and professional appearance, these LED channel are a spectacular choice. I was actually surprised to find out the channels were coated with a white coating. I have previously only seen similar channels in the aluminum gray color. There were a few paint chips out of the box with the under layer of aluminum exposed, but nothing major. They do describe the channels as outdoor compatible, although I hope the white paint will withstand weather conditions instead of flaking off over time. There should be no risk if installing inside and I think limited risk even outside as it does seem to be a hard and uniform coating. This LED channel's milky white cover diffuses the light more evenly, producing a softer and smoother lighting effect reducing the harsh look of LED spots. Most standard LED strips that are less than 12mm wide will fit just fine within the channel. Be aware that the newer LED ropes will be too tall for this model of channels. The cover of this LED channel are simple to trim to the right length with a simple scissors. The channel itself is more difficult to cut but can be cleanest with a grinder. I have also cut the channels with a tin snip but its a much harder cut ending with slightly bent corners.
