I absolutely love this product! I no longer have to wake up at 6 AM to feed my cats, and the built-in camera lets me check on them anytime. It’s a game changer!

Bought this for our 2 kittens while out of town for a week at Christmas. It does all the things we need and is now used full-time. The programmable schedule is easy to set up and enables limitless options in terms of portions, frequency at whatever times we want. No more hungry cats waking us up at 5:30AM. We still pay a neighbor kid to check on them when gone for a few days, but the video feature does provide reassurance everything is working. You can also talk to your pets through the video, which is kinda fun.

So far, so good; I'm loving everything about this feeder. I had one of those plasticky large cube ones that was INSANE to program, the lid never fit back on correctly and I guess it was too large so the food sat and went stale/bad (?) Dealing with 3 furbabies: Pros:The onboarding process with the app was the best I've experienced in quite some time, very intuitive and whatever could be automated, was. I was up and running within minutes. I glanced at the quick guide once in the beginning and figured everything else out.The portions were way more accurate than the other feeder brand and I like that I can configure the measurement type (cups, oz, grams). The camera resolution is clear, the audio is amazing, actually scared my baby and I could see him trying to find me in the feeder, lol.I saw reviews about the divider selector being flimsy. I thought it was pretty sturdy, self-explanatory and they included an extra piece which I thought was really nice. After my Firmware update, I got a notification that they updated the split so that it being exactly in the middle means equal portions in each bowl which is responsible on Petlibro's part for listening to customer feedback!Cons:The desiccant plan is silly to me but not a deal breaker. I will start with 30 days and maybe look into off brands, because I'm feeling like having it at all will make a difference in the freshness of the food. For example, my babies would try to cover up their food towards the end of the container with the last feeder and I think it's because the smell became stale and unpleasant for them. At least, that's what I'm hoping. I'm even considering replacing my water fountain from a different brand with a Petlibro once it dies.TLDR: Very happy so far!

This app is exceptionally well-designed, making it incredibly quick and easy to use—a feature that really sets it apart from competitors. The build quality is also outstanding!

This dumb device connected to my Wi-Fi one r for about a week and ever since it won’t connect no matter what I had done resetting the device followed all instructions to reconnect I even change my Wi-Fi devices and router and passwords nothing work waste of money if it won’t connect to Wi-Fi
