Holds up well when running and biking. Started using it also for gatherings so I won't walk off and forget my purse/bag. Everyone ask where did i get it.

Arband holder holds your phone yes, but also good to slip my airpod case and a few other little things I may need when I go jogging. Not super bulky, was worth the buy.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max with a nice case from Mous and I wanted to be able to use it comfortably at the gym. This phone arm band turned out to be perfect for that because it fits the iPhone 12 Pro Max perfectly with absolutely zero wiggle room when it has its case on. If you have a really thick case like one from Otter, then your phone might not fit with the case installed, but a relatively thin case like the one I have from Mous works perfectly. With this, I am able to connect my Airpods Max via bluetooth and run and work out with my phone on my arm very securely. Great little arm band!

Holds everything in perfectly. Fits a regular phone size—any iPhone Pro or Max wouldn’t probably fit, but it can carry other valuables like money, key, and others. The stretchband seems durable and it’s a huge help without worrying where to put things if you don’t have pockets. Perfect accessory for working out, or even going out if you don’t feel like having pockets with you. love this. 😊👍🏼—Also came with an awesome mobile phone stand inside. Pretty awesome. 😊👍🏼
