It fit on my hand and held my phone perfectly while I ran 3 miles. I like it better than being around my arm as that made it feel like cut off circulation.

Very happy with the design and comfort. I don't like using a sleeve on the upper arm and like being able to view notifications and stuff while I'm running. This is perfect for that.

This is my 2nd purchase of an excellent Cellphone Holder. It meets all the criteria needed for keeping my cell phone easily accessible but safely secured whenever I use it to go power walking in the neighborhoods or go hiking in the nearby local foothills. As noted in its specs, I can confirm:1> It stays safely secured in place.2> It has soft, breathable fabric3> It provides comfort and stability4> It has a clear TPU screen protector that allows for easy access to my phone's touchscreen functions, such as answering calls, sending text messages, or even playing and changing my music preferences5> It has a credit card-sized slot within the back of the pouchHere are the downsides that have me rating it a 4 of 5 StarsA> Although rated for both palm and wrist use, due to my wrist/forearm size, I am a Big & Tall 3X male, and the size of the holder-wrist band, I have found that it is best suited for palm use. For extended hiking with trekking poles, I do go and use it on my wrist for those times, however, as noted previously due to the limited length size of the holder-wrist band, it gets tricky putting it on securely so by default I go and use on my palm when not using my trekking poles and I carry a back up neck pouch if problems ever develop. My recommendation is to increase the length of the holder-wrist band or provide the option of purchasing an extender strap, which would allow for both Wrist and/or Forearm (and if long enough, even for Arm) wearing...B> The reflective strip is exactly that, a strip. So it's a nice-to-have with other reflective gear vs being a stand-alone reflective option. I would recommend that the edges of the holder be coated with reflective dots / sparkles to enhance the visibility of this holder.C> Although I understand for category and search purposes callng this a arm holder, however this is clearly not an arm holder yet it has the potential to be designed for that by just extending the strap length...D> Next, although it claims to be H2O-proof, it really has no labelled designation on it as such, so I consider it H2O resistant. So by default, in rainy weather, I rely on the neck pouch I previously mentioned which is 100% H2O-proof.As previously mentioned, I have purchased Qty 2 of these and can see myself getting a 3rd one, especially as the Spring weather is upon us, and having more than one carry option to offer my walking/hiking buddies would be a big plus.Having covered all the Pros and Cons, along with my insights, I can truly say that the Pros outweigh the Cons. This is a product I highly recommend. And all my recommendations are simply there to enhance its usability and appeal.
