These have saved my teeth from being ruined by my nightly teeth grinding, even my dentist agrees! Great buy, affordable, and easy instructions. I’ve been using them for years and have not had issues.

I should have listen to the bad reviews. This was a waste of money. It is so thick that it makes you want to gag. Does not mold the correct way and doesnt stay in your mouth. It comes out. Save your money! You can buy an affordable custom night guard on amazon from JS Dental. I bought this one as I needed it quick while i wait for my custom guard. I can't believe the company is ok with selling a product of this quality. Too bad you can't return this. I would've gave it 0 stars if i could.
