I recently started using the Portable Ionic Air Purifier in various rooms of my home, and I must say, it has been a pleasant surprise. Its compact design and plug-in/USB options make it incredibly versatile and easy to place wherever I need cleaner air- be it the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, or office. What I appreciate most is how quietly it operates, allowing me to enjoy fresh air without any distracting noise. Unlike traditional purifiers that rely on bulky filters, this ionizer works filterless, which means no hassle with replacements or maintenance, making it a truly set-and-forget device.The air quality improvement was noticeable within a short time. The purifier effectively reduced odors and made the air feel lighter and fresher, which was especially welcome in my kitchen and bathroom areas. I also liked the fact that it produces a small amount of ozone, which helps neutralize airborne particles without overwhelming the room. This feature, combined with its quiet operation and portability, makes it a great companion for anyone looking to improve indoor air quality in a simple, efficient way.

Very nice ionizer/ozone generator! Many ionizers don't have a fan, this one does. The further out those negative ions get dispersed, the better chance of them attaching to particulates to drop them out of the air column. The fan will definitely help with that! I like that this unit also has an ozone generator. It definitely works as I can smell the ozone when it is turned on in that mode. I've only used it so far in a small space and it definitely filled the space with ozone, even though the ozone dial was set to minimum. I like how you can have ozone generation for 30 minutes and then it stops, or you can select a second mode where it produces ozone for 25 minutes, waits for 5 minutes and then repeats the ozone and wait period for 4 hours before turning off. You can either have the unit generate negative ions during either of the ozone modes, or have the ion generator turned off, or have it run all by itself.In all honesty I have no way of determining if the unit is actually generating negative ions other than to leave it on for a period of days/weeks and see if the unit gets particularly dirty from pulling particles out of the air. But, with that said, I know with 100% certainly that it is generating ozone, so I'm going to assume it's working to produce both.I've purchased other units that were negative ions generators only, and none of them had a fan, and none of them really proved to work well! This unit definitely will help to clean the air and remove odors.

I have never used an Ozone machine so I read the instructions. I made sure to use it in a room that I wouldn't need to enter for some time. After I started it in a room I realized I left my wallet in there so went right back in holding my breath and as soon as I left I took a breath and could tell it was already pretty high in there. Can I say it absolutely helped, no because I don't have anything to test it. Do I feel like it did, yes because of the strong scent and how it feels afterwards. On the negative ion portion you don't notice it is even on and on the ozone part is is also pretty quiet. I feel like it functions as it should and seems to help clear the air. I do 3d printing so I bought it to freshen the air in that room but my husband has been sick for awhile so I used it in my bedroom to help kill any lingering ick.

This VANSU ionic and ozone air purifier can be operated from both Household AC and USB power from any source including a vehicle. It has two modes of operation and several variances in each mode. When I first got the device, I spent about 30 minutes digesting the instruction pamphlet, which would have damn near scared me to death if I didn't already know the dangers of breathing ozone. When using the ozone purification function, it needs to be in either a closed room or if you have a more open layout, when you and the entire family plan to be gone for several hours. In the normal mode, ozone is generated for 30 minutes after you push the button and will change back to breathable oxygen in a few hours. It also has a “daily” mode which I think would be ideal for a commercial or restaurant kitchen to use overnight. Ozone is not good to breath, but is not like CO that will kill you. Ozone has been used in the home for a number of years to sterilize CPAP equipment. Ozone is known to kill many forms of mold and this device might be good to keep in your basement running the daily cycle.The unit also has a negative ion generator, that also has purifying properties and they have what they call a sleep cycle. I am a bit confused, because several years ago, I remember reading articles about the Air Force using negative ion generators to keep the crews alert on long flights. I guess I will need to do some additional research or run some tests of my own to see what really works. Overall, if you have problems with odors or mold or germs, this might be a good investment to make your household more livable.

You live in an old house and anybody who has an old house knows that sometimes they get that old house smell, especially when you live somewhere with a humid climate and feels like the sun is 3 inches from your yard. I have tried some ionizers before and they’re really not for me. They never seem to do what they’re supposed to do, but what I liked about this one was the ozone feature Which I really like because it seems to really make that old house smell go away. Unfortunately, a lot of those ozone generators seem to not work after a very short period of time.So, like I said, I got this for the ozone feature more than the ionizer and I plugged it in set it to ozone and let it rip. It works pretty good that rain shower smell that the ozone feature gives you on most of the devices like this. Isn’t as overwhelming as some of them I have had in the past. It gives you just a small smell of that when you walk in I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now and it still seems to be going strong when I walk in the house I don’t smell that old house smell, and it will be Interesting to see if it keeps up as the summer and the high heat get closer. The unit is not too big and easily plugged into the wall. The buttons are nice and clicky so you can easily know what you are turning on and the LED lights on. It are nice so you can easily see what level you have it at.I knocked one star off of this because I would like it to produce a little bit of more of the ozone smell but other than that, it seems to be working well and I would recommend this.
