Reemplazar un humbucker con el P-94 no requiere enrutamiento u otras modificaciones dañinas a la guitarra. Las características P-94 utilizan el mismo alambre vintage recubierto de esmalte e imanes Alnico V que el P-90, o combinan el P-94 con un humbucker existente para combinaciones tonales únicas. El P-94 tiene mayor rendimiento y cualidades de mantenimiento que las pastillas tradicionales de bobina única, lo que le da un montón de mordida cuando sea necesario, con suficiente capacidad de respuesta para permitir matices sutiles para una dinámica mejorada.

I have a Tele custom that had a bad hum coming from the lead pickup(big surprise), and for my taste the sound was a little thin. I put this pickup in and it quieted down a bit and now the guitar roars like a Paul, but still has a hint of twang to it.Very pleased with the sound improvement.

I was upgrading my daughters telecaster and since she is into heavy rock music we decided to go with the Hot Rails. First off, if you want to keep the tele twang, this is not the pickup for you. However, this pickup does have very nice cleans and if you roll the volume a bit it can be a pretty sweet pickup. Where this pickup really shines though is on your OD channel. I play through a Blackstar HT-5 and this guy can really scream for such a narrow pickup. It really picks up your playing style and squealies are no problem now with this pickup. Also, the installation was easy as can be, the pickup fit right into the bridge with no other modifications needed. If you have a Tele that you want to rock this is a great easy solution.
