Amazing product. Really quiet. My dogs love it, my cats adore it. Really happy with it. The size is perfect for all my 4 dogs and 2 cats. The level indicator is useful, but the pump makes a bit of noise when the level gets too low, so you know right away it needs to be refilled. Easy to wash and assemble. Totally recommended

Easy to assemble, very durable and really quiet unless you need to add water then it hums. Very easy to clean and works very well for both of my dogs no more messes all over the place.

I am editing my review. I bought this three months ago and it worked great at first. It has now started leaking from the little window in front that shows how much water is in the fountain bowl. And of course, I’m out of the product support window. It leaks enough water that it is no longer usable.My dogs love it - now. It took them a few days to adjust to it. It is super quiet, easy to clean and maintain, and keeps the water moving. I refresh the water and clean the filters about once a week bc we have a water softener which means the water gets a little thick if left sitting too long. When the motor starts to be audible I know it’s time. As soon as I clean and refresh the water it’s completely quiet again. One note - it is ONLY for indoor use. I put it on our covered patio for a few days and the filter became so full of bugs it stopped the water flow. Being inside I haven’t had that problem.

It took me awhile to write this review. I wanted to make sure that my dogs approved and they did. I also loved how easy it was to assemble and it is so sleek and clean looking. I have had other water dispensers and my dogs dribbled water all over my floor. This dispenser made it so they took their sip without making a mess. Another plus it is so quiet I have to look over to make sure it's running that's how quiet it is. Washing and cleaning out the filter and dispenser is a breeze. This has been the best water dispenser I have ever purchased for my dogs in the last 20 years. I highly recommend.

This has a huge capacity, quiet (until it’s not), and extremely easy to clean. The filters are super easy to use at a fraction of the cost of the dog waterers from the big box pet stores.My only issue is that the pump requires quite a bit of water in the reservoir to run well. It could still be about 1/3 full before the water level is too low for it to remain submerged. At this point it starts to sputter and get eerily noisy. So while there’s still half a liter left in the reservoir, that water is unusable since the pump can’t get that water up top.
