This is a great emergency lighting source. It holds a charge for a long time. Great to have when the power goes out. Just make sure you don’t misplace the charging cord and put it in the base after use.

This is an especially well made product. It is small, light and powerful, with a long battery life. Lots of great features also. You can tell right away that it is well made. Even the instructions were way better than usual. It is more expensive than a lot of similar products, but I think worth it.

When properly charged it holds a charge a long time. I use it at my cabin. It lasts all week with how I use it.I recharge it the last night when I have my generator running and it ready for the next timeI need it.The only thing I don't like is the red locator beacon that flashes all the time. This is not needed and causes people who don't have or read the operators manual to think the battery is low. Also a bit more room is needed in the bottom where you store the charging cord. Pretty tight in there.Otherwise it has turned out yo be a great light. I may buy another.

Bright light, I used parchment paper inside the lens to reduce the blinding light. The usb cable to charge these has a longer prong than the standard usb for reach, I tried a standard usb cable and it would not charge. (They should fix this.) The supplied usb cable will store in the bottom. It does not come with a charger but any usb charger will work. I haven't put the battery to test yet.. If it does not live upto the hype I will revise my review. Lithium batteries like to be used and need to be charged every 6 months or so. If you forget to maintain the battery it will die forever. The warranty will be void for storing a dead battery. Let's see if it will go 400 hrs on low. 16 days straight or so..Pros: Bright non flammable light. Compact yet still outperforms my old dual fuel lamps. The usb cable will store in the base. Long battery life.. 16 days on low. Waterproof. Hanging hooks.Cons: The weird usb c charging cable is unique.Staring directly at the light will hurt your eyes.. (use the parchment paper trick.)Lithium batteries have to be used and you can't forget about them for longer than 6-9 months.

What I was looking for in a lantern: Something that put out a lot of light, had a long battery life, and pretty much indestructible. This light has an awesome battery life! Took it on a 3 day camping trip this past weekend, and used it on the high setting the entire time and never had to charge the battery. We used it a lot. My main purpose was to use it as a light above the table, and as you can see from the photo, it puts out a lot of light. (That was high setting in the photo) I unscrewed the top and took it off, and hung it upside down from the attached hook, as you can see in the second photo. We also took it to the beach and used it for hours fishing. Nice to not have to worry about sand or water ruining it. It is pricey, but worth it in my opinion. I was done with expensive propane lanterns that required propane tanks (or fuel) and mantles to buy that kept catching on fire for some reason. It is very small, but that's actually a plus. The only recommendation I would make to the company would be a compartment that you can put the USB charger in. I just keep mine tied around the clip that comes on it, so that works. Apparently you can charge your cell phone on it, but we didn't try out that feature. I am VERY happy with it. It's my new favorite thing.
