Update!The replacement unit has been installed for a few months now and I can tell you with confidence that it is just as crappy as the other 2 units. All three of these units beep randomly. Customer service and the manual don’t address this beeping. It’s like they just installed a random beep generator with no rhyme or reason. All three units freeze up every 2-3 weeks. Unit #2 has turned itself off 3 times for no apparent reason.I’m sure that these units will not last. I’ll wait for them to die, remove them and fill our landfill with more Chinese junk.UPDATE!After leaving the review below, VEVOR has ended all correspondence regarding this matter. This is another indication of the clearly dysfunction customer service at VEVOR.On the brighter side, I started a chat with Amazon and within 10 minutes they waived the 30 day return policy, scheduled a replacement to be delivered and scheduled the defective unit to be picked up.Five stars for Amazon! 0 stars for VEVOR!I am now very aware that when either of these 2 units that I purchased start to have any other issues down the road, I will be completely on my own. I love this set. The gold colour is perfect-not too shiny; not too flat. They seem to be of good quality. I will only use them for special occasions so the cost and quality are both what I was looking for. Recommend for sure!

This was a great deal! They are good quality and looked great for Christmas! I love them! They will be used every year on my Christmas dinner table.

Never thought i would like gold serving wear and silverware. Great change up. I have washed it in dishwasher and no problems. No chipping. Great quality.
