This product could honestly earn either one star(cause it failed) and five stars(cause of their service and action). I ordered it as a replacement because the original unit started causing hammering noises after 21 months of use, making it unusable. Despite reducing the water pressure, the issue persisted. After reading various comments, it seemed the filter had failed, so I decided to purchase a new one.The installation was straightforward—a simple quarter turn, and that was it. However, I still experienced hammering, and eventually, the flow would stop. When I reduced the flow to a very low setting, it worked without the hammering, but it took a long time to fill a bottle.I reached out to Waterdrop for assistance, and they asked for the usual details, such as where I purchased it and the specific issues I was facing. To my surprise, they sent me a complete new kit, including a tap, pipes, filter, and the box where the filter screws in. I replaced just the box and the filter, and now everything is functioning perfectly.If you encounter any issues, I recommend contacting them through their website under the "Contact Us" section. They were very helpful! Finally, the taste and water quality have always been great I am happy with that.

Bought a full kit with the first filter i got, the one with the water dispenser and my family love it. It changes the taste of water drastically. I did a taste test with my familly and we couldnt make the difference between a bottled water and the one that was filtered with this filter.Only downside of this filter is that its not permanent, you wont be able to use it forever. Once the water flow drop drastically, its time to change. I can use it for about 3 months several times a day before i need to replace the filter.in my opinion, the filter is more affordable than other brand filter (brita for instance) and last a bit longer.i recommend this filtering kit and filter.
