DOESN’T WORK!!!! Charged it for 10 hours and wouldn’t even turn on or work

I bought this for my Dad because he doesn’t like cords and can’t hear well. He was over the moon happy with this speaker. The instructions are in Chinese but to turn on press the center button, to turn off hold the button down till the lights turn out. This is not a bluetooth speaker.
